Thank you for choosing Inside and Out Pet Care LLC, for your pet's needs. The well-being & the comfort of your pet is our utmost concern.

We Strive on your Last minute booking needs because your pet is of the utmost importance to you. You call the office 970-297-8789. So we can personally find a pet sitter for your time requested. A credit card needs to be "on file" with us before services will be assigned. Last minute booking fee $20, will automatically be added to your bill. We WILL NOT be responsible for your pets if they should pass away within reason, during our contracted dates, we are not familiar with your pet's habits or personality or pre-existing conditions.
2. Payments: All rates are subject to change and additional fees may apply. Checks mailed to our office 10 days prior to service, Credit Cards will be billed either 3 days before your visit or on the first day of your service. Invoices are emailed to you.
3. Meet N Greet fee (One time) $40 onboarding. We want to make sure your pets are comfortable with us before your service begins, plus a goodie bag will be given to you for no extra charge. If we are not a good fit for your pet(s) & you decide not to use us, this is the minimum you will owe us.
**4. Deposit of 25% of your service is required to Reserve your scheduled appointment. This is NON-REFUNDABLE if you should cancel services and your pet sitter has been assigned to your pet. A complete refund if you should cancel before 10 days period prior to your first date of service for ALL SERVICES. Our Holidays are-(New Year's Eve Evening -after 6 pm, New Year's Day, President's Day, Easter Weekend(Thursday - Sunday), Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Black Friday, Christmas). ** We understand your plans might change but during the Holiday we cannot fill your schedule with another client's pet. You are reserving this time for your pet's needs & wants.**

Weekly visits can be cancelled over 48 hours with no charge, less than 48 hours you have a 25% cancellation fee.
Package pricing is your monthly price per visit reduced rate, no refunds.

Overnights: 7 days or less payment payable in full on the first night of stay. 8 days or more we will accept half payments on the first night of stay & the remainder payable in full within 2 days of your return.**
Late Evening Surcharge: (not pertained to overnights), 7 pm - 9 pm $15 added to service (A-la-carte). Package deals are available for monthly services, which this Late Evening fee will not be charged.
Mileage surcharge of $1.00 from the nearest sitter, over a 5 mile radius. **Return Check Fee: $35.00
5.House Alarms-We ARE NOT responsible for false alarms, including malfunction, acts of nature, etc. We will take the utmost responsibility to secure your house making sure your doors are locked.
6. " We" will not be liable for damage to your home due to vandalism, criminal activity, acts of nature that may damage your home (fire, floods, wildfires, etc.)
7. Client understands that Inside and Out Pet Care LLC is not liable for any negligence on the part of anyone other than Inside and Out Pet Care LLC who has access to the home. Should “WE” find an individual in the home during their service visit who is not listed above, We will notify the local police authority .
8. Should any of the Pet Owner's pet(s) require emergency veterinary treatment, Pet Sitter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Pet owner. If the Pet Owner is not reachable, Pet Sitter will take appropriate actions, including obtaining veterinary care. Pet Sitter is insured and NOT RESPONSIBLE for any veterinary fees that result from this action.
9. The company carries an extensive liability insurance once again for your pet's protection and your home.
10. No Pet left behind, If Client is delayed in returning home, Client agrees to notify Inside and Out Pet Care LLC of such delay, and agrees to pay Inside and Out Pet Care LLC for any additional visits required upon their return home.
11. Late payments are automatically charged an 18% annual fee if your payments don't arrive within the automatic set boundaries of your service.
12. Disputes: Any disputes we'll try to resolve for you in a timely manner. If we take you to court, you'll be responsible for any Collection costs, attorney fees, court costs and the owner or representative of the company's time away from taking care of other client's pets. This rate is $125 an hour, and will be your responsibility. you could be liable Treble damage of the entire invoice as well.

"You" and "We" agree that this contract is subject to the laws & regulations of the State of Colorado.
